What it is

Social Impact Measurement

Funders, non-profits and CSR programmes need to prove the change their programmes made in beneficiaries' lives, not just the number of beneficiaries and activities.

For each programme we build the theory of change and impact chain, define change indicators and their sources, collect data from beneficiaries and stakeholders, and calculate net impact after removing what would have happened anyway.

We deliver Social Impact Measurement for government, semi-government, private and non-profit organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online, in Arabic and English.

FAQ

Questions about Social Impact Measurement

What is the difference between outputs and impact?+

Outputs are what the programme delivered, such as beneficiaries and sessions; impact is the change that happened for beneficiaries because of the programme.

How is net impact calculated?+

Observed change is adjusted for what would have happened anyway (deadweight) and what moved elsewhere (displacement), and the programme's contribution and likely drop-off over time are estimated.

Can impact be measured after a programme ends?+

Yes, with an ex-post design using administrative records as the baseline and retrospective measurement, stating the design's limits.

Is the report written in our terminology?+

Yes. Reports follow the organisation's own terminology and approved impact-report model.

How much does Social Impact Measurement cost?+

The cost depends on the number of participants, the scope and the tools used. We send a detailed quotation after understanding your needs — request a demo and you will receive it within two working days.

Do you offer Social Impact Measurement outside Riyadh?+

Yes. We serve organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online.

Can Social Impact Measurement be delivered remotely?+

Yes. The platform runs in the browser with nothing to install, and the service can run fully online or in a blended in-person and digital format.
